* No returns on Pyrex, Colored Glass, or Safety Glasses - All sales final for these items.

* Returns are for store credit only.

* Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply to any returned items.

* Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

* Prices are subject to change.

* Please notify Glass Supply of any damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.

* We try to minimize shipping costs in several ways. One of these is to cut longer pieces. (Packing and Shipping one 1/4" by 4 foot pyrex rod is expensive and the likelihood of breakage is high. Packing and Shipping two 1/4" by 2 foot rods is much easier.) Please specify the length you need when ordering. If you need your pieces uncut, an extra surcharge may apply.
